These small loaves are a miniature version of our traditional pâté en croûte loaf.  Perfect for bite-sized snacking and fancy party treats.  The mini-loaf is  12" long and 1.5" wide and 2" high, and yields around 24 slices.  Each loaf is approximately 1.3 lbs.

Mini Pâté en Croûte de Sanglier aux Kimchi: wild boar, pork, kimchi, quince
