A Croquembouche, French for “crunch in the mouth”, is a cone-shaped tower of choux bound together by caramel.  Perfect for celebrations! 

Please note:  This item requires one week advance lead time.  Item must be refrigerated until ready to eat.

*The traditional croquembouche choux flavor is vanilla.  We offer vanilla, chocolate, or our seasonal flavor.  Please specify which you prefer in the "notes" section at check out.  If no flavor is specified, we will default to the traditional vanilla choux.

Petit - 12" tall.  50 choux serving 15-18 people (assuming 2-3 choux per person).

Grand - 18" tall.  80 choux serving 26-40 people (assuming 2-3 choux per person).
